By using the services of TAXI BE, you accept these Terms & Conditions in full.

These terms apply to all bookings, trips and communications via our website, phone or WhatsApp.

• Bookings are confirmed by email or WhatsApp
• You must be present at the agreed time and place
• TAXI BE reserves the right to refuse a booking
• Changes to a booking are possible up to 2 hours before the trip
• Airport transfers: minimum 24 hours advance booking required

• Rates are fixed at booking and will not be adjusted
• Waiting time charged after 10 minutes (€1.50/min)
• Accepted payments: cash, Bancontact, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal
• Airport trips: parking fees included
• Toll charges are borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed

• Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles
• Pets allowed in closed transport carriers only
• Passengers are liable for damage caused to the vehicle
• TAXI BE reserves the right to refuse intoxicated persons

TAXI BE cannot be held liable for:

• Delays due to force majeure (traffic, roadworks, strikes, weather)
• Loss or damage of luggage
• Missed flights or connections due to delay

Our liability is in all cases limited to the value of the booked trip.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent Belgian courts.
