Cancellation Policy
TAXI BE operates a transparent and fair cancellation policy:

2 to 12h before trip25% refunded
Less than 2h / No-showNo refund

Flight Exceptions
- Flight delay: driver waits free of charge for up to 60 minutes after scheduled arrival (with proof)
- Cancelled flight: 100% refunded with proof of flight status
- Missed flight by passenger: no refund

Refund Procedure
- Send an email to info@taxibe.be with your booking reference
- Refunds processed within 5 business days
- Refund via original payment method

Force Majeure
In case of force majeure (extreme weather, strikes, pandemic, legal prohibitions), TAXI BE offers:
- 100% refund, or
- Free rescheduling to an alternative date
